You even can opt for an on-site response in as little as 2 hours from your initial call. 

In addition, we can provide critical spare parts for select servers within 4 hours. PCS Critical Care Services is the service you need to insure your servers are quickly repaired and operational with minimum down time!

We can design a Critical Care Services program to meet your needs ranging from support during business hours to 24 hours per day. Spare parts that qualify can be delivered to your site within 4 hours or we can arrange for spare parts storage at your site for fast repairs.


Our Critical Care Services system engineers are all PCS employees and they consistently deliver the high quality results our clients have come to expect over the years. Your systems are inventoried and our system engineers always carry your server information for access during those critical down times.

The hardware repairs are only part of the solution when your critical servers are down. Our system engineers take a personal interest in your critical problems and will work with you to insure your systems are operational and back online for your end users.
